Out of School Achievements
At Mount Annan Public School we are committed to recognising our students' achievements both in and out of school. If your child has represented at a state or national level (eg. sport, martial arts, creative and performing arts), achieved recognition at a high level (eg. competition winner) and/or is involved in a significant charitable event, we would love to know!
Please find attached a form to fill out. Once completed, please return to the office so they can be recognised on our Community Noticeboard (outside the office) for a period of time.
