Our school can help with enrolment queries throughout the year.
Local enrolment area
Check your address on School Finder to see if it is within our local intake area. Most schools have designated local enrolment areas. Note: local enrolment areas are subject to change.
How to enrol
If you live in our intake area and would like to apply to enrol at our school, start by submitting an online enrolment application. Online enrolment is currently only available for Australian or New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.
If you are not able to apply online or you prefer not to, download the paper application to enrol (PDF 768.4KB) form. Please complete the form in English. A translated application to enrol may help you do this.
Online enrolment can also be used for out-of-area enrolment. Please note that out-of-area enrolment procedures are subject to the department’s enrolment policy.
Enrolment applications are finalised at the school.
For more information, visit primary school enrolment.

Distance education
Distance education is an equity program for students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school. ENROLLING FOR KINDERGARTEN
To apply online your child must be:
A NSW resident
An Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, and
Living in the local enrolment area of the school for which you are submitting an application
How it works
A link to complete an online enrolment application is available via the “Enrolment” section of our school’s website – visit
https://mountannan-p.schools.nsw.gov.au/
The parent or carer completing the application must provide the child’s main residential address and a contact email to begin the online enrolment process.
A one-time security code will be sent to this email to authenticate the parent or carer against their email, then the online enrolment form can be completed and the parent or carer can use this email address to resume at a later time.
The dynamic form will only show the mandatory fields in relation to the specific student, which means parents/carers will only be required to complete the fields of the application relevant to the circumstances of their child.
The form can take as little as 10 minutes to complete, and is sent directly to the school administration staff at Mount Annan Public School. Please ensure you upload the relevant documents to the online enrolment before it is submitted to the school. This also includes the 100 point residential check documents.
Parents will be emailed a PDF copy of the enrolment application immediately following the submission for their own records.
School administration staff will then send an enrolment pack to your residential address. The enrolment pack contains documentation that will need to be completed and returned in person to the school office.
The application to enrol will be finalised once the parent/carer has met with the school and provided all the relevant identity and medical documentation for the student. You will also need to bring your child’s original birth certificate, as this will need to be sighted by the office staff.
Please contact the school once you have all the documentation to complete the enrolment.
